Delivery weight: 5 kg

Amdek RMK-100 vintage analogue drum machine. Made by Roland and originally available as a kit or pre-built unit in 1982-1984. Similar in functionality to the Boss DR-55 but with some added features. Soundwise it sits between the DR-55 and the TR-606 and shares some circuitry while maintaining it's own character - the snare and hats are very nice indeed. This one has been fitted with an external clock input which allows synchronisation with other gear. Fully serviced and in very nice condition.

*SOLD* Roland CR-8000 Vintage Analogue Drum Machine

£0.00
Price incl. VAT, plus delivery
Delivery weight: 6 kg

Roland CR-8000 vintage analogue drum machine from '81-'83. Preset and programmable rhythm machine from Roland's golden era, the CR-8000 sits between the CR-78 and TR-808 in terms of sound and functionality. It's still the most affordable way to own a classic Roland drum machine. This one is not for the collector - cosmetically it is a little scruffy. A previous owner had applied some labelling which has unfortunately removed some of the finish to the panel overlay... so not museum condition. It is however in excellent technical order, serviced, working like new and sounding fantastic. So if you're looking for a fully working CR at a fair price it might be of interest. Also makes a good candidate for modifications - easy to add seperate outputs and other mods if that's your thing. EU/UK voltage 220v.

Transcendent VCF Voltage Controlled Filter Module

In stock

£124.95
Price incl. VAT, plus delivery
Delivery weight: 0.5 kg

After recently designing some custom circuits for a client I've decided to make a few of them available as limited run eurorack modules - the first of these is the Transcendent VCF. Modules are custom built using mostly NOS through hole components in keeping with the original circuits and style. Panel is screen printed anodised black aluminium. This module is fairly deep at 67mm so please make sure that it will fit in your modular case. Limited run of 20 production units only. Available from June 25th. Demo clips coming soon...

if you are outside the U.K please select International Tracked & Signed shipping option during the checkout process.

Module Details:

The Transcendent VCF takes its inspiration from the classic British mono synth of the 1970s and, while not a direct clone, it brings the distinctive and unique character of that well-loved machine to the eurorack world.

The filter is a 2 pole, 12db/oct design with selectable low pass and band pass response. The resonance behaviour is quirky and unpredictable and is key to the unique sound of the Transcendent - as you advance the resonance control there are many sweet spots to explore, from subtle harmonics to howling resonant peaks.

At high resonance levels the filter will self oscillate and can be utilised as a sine wave oscillator.

CV1 input is scaled for a v/oct response and can be used for key follow effects as well as standard modulation. It has its own attenuator.

CV2 input has a wider range and is suitable for deeper modulation duties - from an LFO or envelope generator for example. It also has its own attenuator.

Two audio signal inputs are available, both with dedicated attenuators.

The final output also features a level control.

Specifications:

Width: 16hp

Depth: 67mm

Current draw: +12v 20ma, -12v 20ma

Frequency: <8hz - 18khz

System J VCO eurorack module inspired by the classic oscillators of the 70s, notably the SH-5 and System 100, and, while not a direct clone, it shares some functionality and the raw vintage sound of those mid 70s synths.
Like the 100 it features a variable wide-range frequency control (10Hz to 10KHz) making it useful for modulation duties as well as standard musical tones. Four waveform outputs are available - saw, square, triangle and sine. It features a dedicated V/Oct CV input plus two further pitch CV inputs with attenuators. Linear FM, hard sync and two PWM inputs are also provided. Tracking is stable and accurate across 8-9 octaves. Screen printed black anodised aluminium panel. Width 16hp. Depth 35mm.
