IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Due to the increase of packages being lost in transit it is recommended that if your order is more than £20 value you should select a Tracked & Signed shipping option during the checkout process.

- Some customers are reporting problems when using the checkout system. If you encounter a problem try clicking on the PayPal button instead of "checkout". If the problem persists then please contact me.

- 

- Information for EU customers - additional import fees may be applied by your local customs agency. This is due to the ridiculous "Brexit" situation that a great many of us did not choose. If you are concerned about additional import fees please contact me before ordering and I will try to help as far as I can. Customs delays will likely affect delivery times - your patience is appreciated.

Payment is by PayPal only. The checkout procedure is simple and secure and allows you to choose your shipping method.

There is no minimum order value. I endeavour to keep shipping costs as low as I can and generally use U.K Royal Mail services.

All United Kingdom customers should select Standard Shipping - prices from £3.95 (calculated by weight) and sent via Royal Mail. Contact me if you need express delivery within the U.K.

International customers must select International Shipping - prices from £5.95 and sent via Economy or Standard Airmail. Alternatively a Tracked & Signed service is available from £10.95 (4-7 days) or UPS Express from £22.95 (2-3 days).

It is recommended that International customers select a “Tracked & Signed” Service to protect against packages getting lost. If you do choose the untracked Economy service it is obviously less expensive but it is at your own risk. It is often not possible to replace lost items, especially if they are rare or limited parts.

IMPORTANT: Customers ordering from ITALY must contact me before placing your order. Too many packages have gone missing to Italy and I will only send items using a 'signed-for' service - prices from £9.95

Your basket will display Standard Shipping by default, but you can specify your chosen shipping method during the PayPal checkout procedure. Please only select Standard Shipping if you are in the U.K.

Shipping times are typically 2-3 days for the U.K. 4-5 days for the E.U and 7-9 days for the rest of the world subject to customs handling. Delays are possible to some destinations.

I aim to ship items within 2-3 days but there may occasionally be a small delay... I am a musician first and foremost and provide this web store service in my spare time.
